1.Building location of the bidding project: The Burapha Power Plant Project is located in Inside the 304 Industrial park 2（“304IP2”）,Khao Hin Son subdistrict,Phanom Sarakham district,Chachoengsao province,Thailand. 2.Building scale of the bidding project: This project is a 540 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC project with a net output of 540 MW. 3.5.Scope of tender: The scope of works is deemed to include, but not limited to, gas turbine steam turbine generator proper and accessories installation, GT ST Generator auxiliary equipment and piping installation, single equipment commissioning, subsystem commissioning and unit system-combined commissioning assistance, devices, draining and pumping out water below ground water table, maintaining dry working conditions for all activities until the time when equipment and pipe erection have finished, commissioning......etc..

投标人资格要求：

1. Qualification and Capability Requirements for Bidders (1) The successful bidder must be an independent legal entity registered within the Kingdom of Thailand, have experience in executing similar construction projects, and possess valid Thailand CR, VAT. 2. Performance requirements The Tenderer shall have at least 3 similar project performance in the last 2 years (from 01 01, 2023 to the deadline for submission of bids).
