1.Bidder Qualification and Capability Requirements: (1) Registered Professional Engineer (PE) (Electrical / Mechanical) with Practising Certificate, registered with Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore (2) EMA Licensed Electrical Engineer (LEW – Licensed Electrical Engineer) under ELISE scheme 2.Performance Requirements: Bidders must have at least 1 contract for a Commissioning Consultancy Services in Singapore within the last 5 years (from January 1, 2021, to the bid submission deadline).
